Hi, my name is Gabriel Herter and I am a passionate hobby photographer based in Switzerland.
I love capturing the beauty of our world through my lens and expressing my creativity through photography. Whether it’s landscapes, abstracts or anything else, I am always looking for new and exciting ways to tell a story through my images.
With an eye for detail and a love for capturing memories, I am driven to bring my vision to life and share it with the world.
The equipment
I primarily use a Sony Alpha 7 Mark II for my photography. It’s a full-frame mirrorless camera that’s known for its great image quality, fast autofocus system, and versatility. I really appreciate these features, as they allow me to bring my creative vision to life and capture the world around me in the best way possible.
As a sidekick, I rely on my trusted Sony Alpha 6100. It’s compact, versatile, and offers some advanced features. Perfect for a lightweight photo trip.
The background
I used to work in the IT industry but recently made the decision to step away from it and focus on other things in life. It was a big change for me, but I felt that it was necessary in order to prioritize what’s important.
I’m now looking for a new career path or just want to dedicate more time to personal pursuits. Like my photography.
